I found one of these round bright yellow coated pills. It's a bit smaller than a dime. Imprint 903, no mistaking it for any other numbers. No imprint on the other side. Kind of thick. Very curious about what it is? Potassium Chloride Er 10 Meq? ## In my investigation, Potassium Chloride Er 10 Meq has a different pill description altogether. For verification, you can click on the following National Drug Code link [0245-0041] to view a photo and more specific details. Whereabouts did you find this tablet? And is there any reason to believe that it may still contain Potassium Chloride? I'm guess I'm just wondering what made you think that this is what it was, as I'm not able to locate any information on this pill imprint. Does anyone else here recognize this as being someth...

A 26 year old male, previous drug abuser (don't know what drugs) was admitted to a psychiatric unit for over a month, tried to commit suicide, jumped off a bridge, but survived, is now into going to the gym big time and protein drinks. He has an obnoxious attitude, dirty bedroom, keeps himself clean, very bolshie and verbal if confronted by his elderly parents. He panicked at the potential loss of 41 pale yellow tablets (with 5 on one side and nothing on the other) when I cleaned his room. That's all it is. Just small, round, yellow and says 20 and nothing on the other side. Anyone? ## @Znorgg, Based on the description provided, I came across two potential matches that are round yellow pills with a "20" on one side and blank on the other. Both happen to be the same medication but are manufactured by two different drug companies. The first is a Zyprexa zydis tablet containing 20mg of Olanzapine, produced by Lilly, Eli and Company. The second is also a 20mg Olanzapine tablet, manufactured by a company called Prasco Labs. Olanzapine is an antipsychotic used for treating symptoms of schizophrenia as well as bipolar disorder. Does this sound like a possibility?

small light yellow pill, with a raised V on one side only. What is it? Found it in my mother in laws pill box, and she doesn't know what it is. Not sure if she should be taking it or not. Thanks! ## It's never a good idea to take anything you can't identify. This imprint is kind of vague, which makes me suspect that it is probably and over the counter product. In this case, I've seen a similar imprint on Vivarin and its generics/store brands. It contains caffeine and is used as an alertness aid. Does anyone else have any ideas?

round yellow pill, blank on one side, MP58 on the other. no other markings ## my daughter found a round yellow pill with p 5 on one side - i needed to know what it was.... could it be ritalin or not ? ## For the MP58 pill, the closest thing which I found was a round white pill. You can see a picture to verify. If this is what you have then it is Carisoprodol 350 mg which is a centrally-acting Skeletal Muscle Relaxant. For the round yellow pill with P 5 on one side, is the P over the 5, or are the letters from left to right? If they are horizontal then it might be Pindolol but unfortunately have not been able to make a 100% ID. ## Hi, its a Diazepam (Valium) 5MG. The pills are kinda faded like they got wet or rubbed up against something but I'm trying to figure out what it is bc someone took it by mistake bc it looks a lot alike their other medication. One one side of the pill I can't tell if it has any marking but it doesn't look like it and on the other side there's a score down the middle and center so it creates a cross with four pizza type shapes with the numbers (if they're the right ones bc he pills r worn) 0 in the first top left spot (or o), 2 in the top right space, another 2 in the bottom left space under the 0 and a 1 (or possibly 7) in the bottom righ spot u see the 2????? If u can pls lmk what kind of pill this is its be greatly appreciated bc as I said someone took it by mistake!!!
