I am going through meds to discard since my son passed away I cannot id this one pill as it was not in any pill bottle but wrapped in a plastic baggie. I have some pills that I think are Lisinopril, but I'm not sure. Something spilled on the label and it has faded away. They are yellow and plain on one side and have a line for splitting across the middle on the other side. However two different photographs (courtesy of CVS) depict the "350" potentially being on either-colored half and one side remaining blank, which is probably common in the manufacturing process I'd imagine. No, that is most likely something available over the counter, though there could be a small chance that is some type of foreign medication. Under current FDA law, all prescription tablets must have unique imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency. The only exception would be for medications specially ordered by a doctor and done by a compounding pharmacy, which would be in capsules. The ones that are available from Purdue that have the abuse deterrent feature all have markings, they use OP on them and then the number of the dosage on the opposite side and the 15mg table...
