On one side it has an "R' and a smiley; on the other it has "A" above the groove and 321 below it. Thanks. ## by a smiley, i mean a crescent, not a full smiley face! ## I found a blue oblong tablet one side written Can other side groved ## Yellow round tablet grooved on one side other side written A79 ## The yellow pill with crescent and R on one side and a A and 321 on other is a bacterial antibiotic called Metronidazole. ## This is called Metronidazole. I've just been given it in the hospital and it is an antibiotic.

I found a small round pill that says "gg" on one side and the other side is scored with "790" on it. Any help identifying it would be greatly appreciated - concerned mother ## I found a round yellow tablet line on one side to cut tablet in half and A79 enbossed on the other side.The A is rounded on the apex.. ## I noticed this site had great ?'s but few answers, so being bored as I am, I will ans the ? about expiration date and Medicine. Anytime there is a ex date, it should be aknowledged as the date you want to refer to in taking meds. Now, if it has never had a seal broken, this may give you some extra time in regards to freshness. It would probably serve as 6mo date.
