Yellow Pill 20 25 Ritalin

Help-which pills did I take

In Canada, Ritalin SR 20mg is yellow with a small black symbol-In the US, they are white but I did not look at the symbols on the pills.I require 6omg in the morning to wake up and I think that I got 2 white pills mixed up. I took 3 that had an M symbol on one side which I now thing was methadone which I am weaning myself off of.l am down from 50mg a day to 25mg. I am not sure how many mg I took (3 white with the M symbol) but I cannot wake up and I feel sick.l want to know if the other white ones are the ritalin which have a V symbol on one side and a 48/10 on the pill, the / being the line in the middle.
