Yellow Pill 1 Cm No Markings

Round yellow pill, red specks, no imprint

Found a pill. No imprints. Round and light yellow with red specks. Very tiny. Any ideas of what it might be? I know without markings it's harder to establish, but any help is appreciated. ## Trying to identify an 8 cm light yellow pill with red speckles and no imprint.

small, round, light yellow pill, 1 cm. in diameter & 3 mm. in thickness, with slightly convex edges ## small round yellow pill with a k on it ## The yellow K tablets is an 81mgs Aspirin. ## im having trouble finding out anything about th same pill.there is no «k» on it. ## Same problem here no markings just looks like a sugar pill thats yellow
