What is an oblong yellow pill with 200 on one side? Trying to find out if this could be Meloxicam 15mg? ## An oblong yellow pill with 200 on one side is reportedly identified as Rezulin (troglitazone) 200mg, marketed for use in treating type-2 diabetes. Product Labeler: Parke-Davis National Drug Code: 00071-0352 Some FDA data shows that this medication was withdrawn from the market in March of 2000, yet additional pill information seems to be quite sparse. There may also be other (more recently manufactured) pills in existence that share a similar depiction, but this was all I could find.

I am 60 yrs old and have been menopausal 2 yrs. A hysterosonography Aug. 7, 2013 revealed I have hyperplasia (thickened uterus wall). I had 2 days very light spotting in June and I am scheduled for a DNC in mid November. My Dr. prescribed Progesterone to take orally 1 per day. I asked her if I could use Prometrium - the botanical based "natural" alternative to synthetic hormones. She said yes. I just picked up my prescription and it was for Progesterone 200 mg. The pharmacist said Prometrium is just another name for Progesterone and is no longer manufactured? This is not what I have researched and is it true Prometrium is no longer manufactured? I am obese, have a slight thyroid condition for which I take Synthroid and I also take meds for hypertension. I am very reluctant to ta...

So I just had a baby two months ago and have been patiently waiting for my period to start and it has yet to come, I'm a mother of two and dnt want any more kids so I'm planning on getting my tubes tied but can't until my cycle starts. I called my doc and he put me on 200 mg of progesterone for a 12 day period to induce my cycle. My question is how long does it usually take to start ur period after taking this medicine? ## Hello, Mamushka! How are you? You should start within a day or two of finishing the Progesterone. It is generally a sudden drop off of it that starts your cycle. Where do you live? In the U.S. this procedure is often done immediately after giving birth, with no waiting for a cycle required.

So how do I tell if the yellow oblong pill marked 200 on one side is a caffeine pill or friggin Rezulin? ## Rezulin was removed from the market, at the request of the FDA, in 2000. Do you have any idea how old the tablet is that you found? Otherwise, I would be more inclined to think it's a 200mg Caffeine tablet, that is used to treat insomnia. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia, nervousness, and anorexia. I do want to note, though, that Rezulin may still be available in other countries.

Is there anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area (200 mile radius) where I could get Yellow Norco 10/325, produced by Watson? I was told by Watson customer service that the yellow are no longer made, and that there is absolutely no difference. After reading comments on different medical web sites, it seems that many are having a miserable time of it, and several mentioned Walgreen's as having the yellow tablets. If this is not possible, what other drug might have the same properties? My doctor is OK with trying something new, but he's Kaiser - with 1,350 patients. He just does not have the time to research what may or may not work for me! ## Hello, Ann! How are you? That is correct, the yellow ones are no longer being manufactured, any pharmacy that still has them is just selling...
