I give him his meds weekly. ## A white oblong tablet with inscription ZC56 is Levofloxacin 500 mg manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals (NDC 68382-016). It's a fluoroquinolone antibiotic used in treating certain bacterial infections. White round pill with imprint on one side only AARP 562 not scored ## White Round Pill with AARP 540 on one side only. ## I have been trying to find out what this is also. These are white not real small but, not large either. Kind of off white actually, imprint AARP 562 only. Not scored. ## These tablets are list as containing 200mgs of Ibuprofen, they are a generic, or store brand of Advil. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, increased risk of bleeding, stomach irritation, and headache. I found half of a white round tablet it ends with N on one side and looks like it ends with 5 (possibly) and 8 definitely on the other. Found on the floor in my home just trying to id if possible thanks! ## The closest match to that (but could be something else) is a pill that says DAN on one side and 5658 on the other side, if that sounds like it might be right? That's Cyclobenzaprine HCL 10mg. It's a non narcotic muscle relaxer typically prescribed for muscle spasms, migraines, sciatica etc. the other closest match is OTC Claritin.
