I have a round, white pill that has a 3 on one side and an M inside a square, what is this? ## This is generic acetaminophen #3 with codeine. It has 300mg acetaminophen (or tylenol) and 30mg codeine. It is a schedule three controlled substance, that is a narcotic pain killer used for mild to moderate pain. It can be abused and is highly addictive. Side effects include nausea, constipation, euphoria, among others. I found a round, flat pill with 222 on one side and its marked into quarters with a cross on the other side, I can't find a pic of it anywhere?? Any help? ## It's white and a decent size pill... Round white pill. It has an odd symbol on one side that almost looks like pacman lol. On the other side it has a capital "C" with "30" underneath it. It's in an unmarked bottle that I found so I'm really curious as to what it is. Someone please help me identify it as I cannot find anything about it anywhere. ## Just found the exact same pill. The white pill imprinted "115 R" is 30mg of codeine phosphate. Hope this helps. ## My friend had a pill with 115 on it and she said it stops pain in your tooth. I have back pain. I was given the meds for my pulled tooth. My RX always reads 30mg phenobarbital (54 years now). I see I am now taking 32.4mg. Pharmacy claims only pheno. available is 32.4mg. Is there a difference? Can anyone identify it? ## I think they were 30mgs, usually the 15s are blue and the 30s are purple for the ms contin extended release, I think the manufacturer is malincrockt, There are 54 262s and 54 252s so they're might be some difference. Told generic 30mg MORPHINE. Small white pill P10/30 ## Is the number 30 in your title/description part of the imprint or is it just referring to the alleged dosage of Morphine based on what you were told? The reason I ask is because I found a round white pill with P 10 on one side (and a capital M on the other) to be a 10mg Prednisolone tablet. I realize you didn't mention if there was an M or not, but figured that some people might be tricked into thinking the "M" is associated with Morphine when it's really not. If this isn't at all the case, my hope is that these details can at least help rule out other possibilities.
