White Rectangular S 521

white rectangular pill 5521

Print is only on one side. The other side had nothing. I can usually find what pills they are but am having no luck. Any help appreciated. ## Hi Sam, Is there any chance your pill says "S521" as opposed to 5521? Reason I ask is because I stumbled upon a white rectangular shaped pill (approx. 9mm in size) marked with S 521. This particular pill is identified as a 10mg Cetirizine hydrochloride tablet used for treating cold and allergy symptoms. NOTE: the S and 521 are on the same side of the pill, with the other side being blank. Please post back if you think we might be onto something here. I hope this helps!

Small pill with S-5 on it

Ive found a half of small white rectangular pill and the only numbers on it are S-5 , what is it ## Hello, BigCountry! How are you?
