What is this? It is Round, White with a 10 on one Side and flat and blank on other side. ## It just has a 10 on it? I think this is going to be really hard to narrow down, there are quite a few over the counter items with the number 10 on them that match this description. You could pay to have it lab tested, but that would be expensive. I am sorry, I wish I could be of more help. Was it found in the U.S.? ## Lisinopril 10mg ## Roughly 2 centimeters wide. Round, blank on one side, the number 10 on the other, no score mark or other markings.

Ive got high blood pressure and have been taking a small round pink pill but when i went to get my refill the pill is small but white and has what looks like a v on one side and the numbers 3972 on the other side. Im suppose to be taking 10 mg of lisinopril. Can you tell me what this pill is. I am so confused because of the different kinds of pills for my brand of medicine I take. could you tell me what a small square white pill with bp on one side & 10 on the other scored down the middle of it is ? ## Hi Greg, From what I could gather, a square white/pinkish pill marked with BP 10 (and scored down the middle) is identified as Stanozol 10mg tabs; also known as Winstrol. They are said to be produced by "Balco Pharm". This is the same company that was involved in all of the Major League Baseball scandals. I would just keep in mind that pill forms of steroids are heavily regarded as being toxic to the liver, so taking more than a few a week may cause damage. I hope this info helps! ## Possibly Belkin pharmaceuticals tamoximed 10. Tamoxifen citrate
