I have a small yellow tablet with raised heart on one side. It is approx. 1/4 in diameter. Any help would be appreciated. ## Supposed to be a muscle relax. Small white roundscored with 502 on one side ## This tablet contains 2mgs of Tizanidine, a generic for Zanaflex. This is, indeed, a muscle relaxant.
