White Pill 3978

I found bigger in size white oval pill in my house, one side it says RUGBY and on the other side it has these numbers 3978. Not sure what it is if anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it. I found this in with some old medicine I had and was wondering what it was. It is white, oblong and has Rugby on one side and 3978 on the other.
