I found a white oval pill. It has either G249 or 6249 with slashes between each number. I am very concerned that this is a narcotic and it was found in my home. Thank you for any assistance you are able to provide. ## Did you mean GG 249? If so, the tablet contains 2mgs of Alprazolam, the active ingredient in Xanax, which is a Benzodiazepine that's most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. Learn more:
