found a pill with Letters Ez on one side and blank on the other. this pill is white and oblong. ## there is no database of over the counter products that I can check for this and general searching hasn't turned up anything. it is an oblong oval shape, about as close to the standard pill form you can get. the top and bottom are slighty rounded and the sides are straight. the only imprint it has is a 315 on it, back side is blank. ## Physician's Total Care lists this tablet as being a Vytorin tablet, it contains the active ingredients ezetimibe, and simvastatin. It is most commonly used to lower cholesterol. NDC code: 54868-5259 The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, and joint/muscle aches.
