Found a white oblong pill with 19/G on one side and blank on other side. I cannot find anywhere online that can talk me what t h is pill is. Please help! Thanks! ## @dm1985, Is there any chance that you might've misinterpreted the marking? Reason I ask is because I found several white oblong pills that closely resemble your description; namely different dosages of Gabapentin - one with an imprint of G on one side of a divid/score line and the number 13 on the other half instead of 19. Other dosages have the number 21, 22, and even 31 in replace of the number 19 you had mentioned. The opposite back-side of the pill is blank. If you think any of those could be a possible match, they are reportedly manufactured by a company called Glenmark Generics. Perhaps you could contact their cust... ...

Curious what this pill is for ## Hi bettysas, From what I could gather, a white oblong pill marked with "G 193" is identified as an over-the-counter CVS dairy relief tablet. The name of the brand is listed as "Lactaid Fast Act". This supplement is used for people who are lactose intolerant. It's said to contain enzymes that help with the digestion of dairy products. I hope this info helps! ...

Is this similar to Vicodin or norcos? Does it give you the same feeling/affect? Does it have narcotics in it? Is it considerate a opiate? ## Does it have ip 190 on one side and 500 on the other, white oblong ? If it does it is 500 mg Naproxen. Naproxen is a nonsterodial anti-inflammatory. It is the same medication that is in Aleve over the counter, except the mg is higher in prescription Naproxen. It is not a narcotic or opiate. My KEPPRA has always been Yellow with H88 on it now my KEPPRA is White Oblong with M615 on it I have had 3 Seizures since taking the White Oblong. Can you please tell me the difference is and which Brand is Generic? ## Hello, Darlene! How are you? I'm sorry about the seizures you've been experiencing. These medications are listed as containing 500mgs of Levetiracetam, so both are generics for Keppra. Sometimes, seizures can still occur, while taking a medication to prevent them, but it is very unusual that you would suddenly have 3, when given the new tablets. According to the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, there can be slight fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredient from one generic medication to the next, they are allowed to different by as much as plus or minus 20% and ... ...

This pill is white and oblong. It has a print of VP50 on one side and nothing on the other side. ## @Whitaker, Based on your description, the closest match I could find was a white oblong shaped pill marked with VP 120 on one side and blank on the other. It's reportedly identified as a Sulfamethoxazole (800mg) + Trimethoprim (160mg) DS tablet, used for treating a variety of bacterial infections. I realize the imprint isn't spot on, but because they are very similar, I have a strong feeling that they could be made by the same manufacturer (Vista Pharmaceuticals). Perhaps you can try contacting them directly for more specific details on whether VP 50 is something they make. The phone number/extension to reach them at is listed on their website as 973-736-1952/4457; based out of We... ...

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation. Learn more Ibuprofen details here. Will you please double check the marking and let me know? Thanks! ...

I was prescribed Meclizine 12.5 mg. There was the Meclizine I recognized and also these white oblong pills in the same bottle. I have looked the 2 pills up. The blue oval is Meclizine but the white oblong do not show to be the same . Can you help me identify this pill ## Hello, Katy! How are you? Yes, this tablet is manufactured by Rugby and they do list it as containing 12.5mgs of Meclizine. It's just available over the counter, so it's not listed in most of the prescription drug databases. Your pharmacy may not have had enough of the other one to fully fill your prescription and, in that case, if it's available over the counter, they are allowed to use it to finish filling the required quantity. The FDA classifies Meclizine as an antihistamine that is most commonly used to... ...

White scored oblong/oval pill 13 2, blank on one side

This is a rather large white oval tablet with 13 and 2 on one side and blank on the other, scored down the middle. What is it? I can't find any information. Any help would be much appreciated! ## @ARA, Based on your description, the closest match I'm finding is an 800mg Gabapentin tablet, used for neuropathic pain. It's depicted as a white oblong shaped pill imprinted with "G | 13" on one side and blank on the other -(but scored down the center on both sides). The only logical thing I can think of is that you may have misinterpreted the G for a 2 depending on the condition of the pill. For reference, this particular tablet is reported to be approximately 19mm in size and is manufactured by a company called Glenmark Generics. Any chance this could be your pill? ## No,... ...

Online this morning, there were a ton of hydrocodone images and this is one that did appear. what do you think about that? just curious if it is really hydrocodone or naproxen ## Hello, Nicki! How are you? This is definitely a 500mg Naproxen tablet. This is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. It may also cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation. Learn more Naproxen details here. As to what I think of that, I think it's very common for such errors to be made, mainly by lay people that aren't familiar with medications and don't know how to check and see what a pill actually contains. Many people just assume that any large, oblong tablet must be Vicodin (Hydrocdone/Acetaminophen), because they... ...

Small oblong caplet white with red/pink speckles no imprint no opportunity to cut in half looks old. Found in deceased mother's medcine cabinent ## Because there's no markings, it is going to be difficult to determine what this tablet contains, unless you were to pay to have it lab tested, somewhere. U.S. law requires that all prescription drugs have a unique imprint on the tablets or capsules so the medication can be identified by manufacturer, substance and dosage. However, the way a pill looks is entirely up to the whit and whim of the company making it, so there are many, many pills on the market, both over the counter and prescription (and black market) that could meet that physical description. ## Looked like a pill my dad used in the 70... ...

My friend thinks her pills are vicodine, I have looked them up and found they r naproxin. is there any way a white oblong pill with ip190 on one side and 500 on the other b anything other than naproxin ## Hi Ashley, The imprint you mentioned "IP 190 500" is identified as Naproxen 500mg, and ONLY that. It is manufactured by Akyma Pharmaceuticals. I was able to verify this on a number of websites as well, so you can be rest assured it is just that. Some people actually misinterpret the look of the pill and think that it is Hydrocodone (Vicodin), since the look of the oblong white pill is "similar" but this is not the case here.
