I have been taking Adderal for many years, the orange oval generic pill. My last prescription had white R 351 pills. I never had a problem with the orange ones. The new white ones give me chest pain and nausea and I'm very shaky inside and out to the point that I thought I was given the wrong medication by the pharmacy I use. The prescription bottle says dextroamp-amphet er 10mg cap. The pill in the bottle is round white dome-shaped on both sides and has no markings. Is it a generic or something? ## Not likely Adderall (or any medication that is is governed by the FDA). Which leaves just some vitamins/herbal supplements that can be sold without any identifying markings. If this was given to you by a pharmacy, see them immediately because an employee may be swapping. I just got some with orange and clear capsule no imprint with orange and white balls on the inside. Are they fake? ## They are not a legal U.S. prescription Adderall. Adderall worked wonders when I first started it. Now, however, I find that after about 2 hours (the half-live of the more abundant dextroamphetamine, that I have a strong urge to take a nap. Need to know the bead color of the 3061 capsule ## @jake, I'm not sure about "R 3061", but "R 3060" contains WHITE beads and is the 20mg extended release version from the same manufacturer (Actavis)... So odds are that the 30mg 3061 capsule may have the same color beads as the dosage below it. The only differentiating factors I'm aware of are the imprints and the capsule color itself. However I've also heard about Adderall capsules containing peach colored beads as well as combinations of orange and white together. If you have one why don't you open it up and check? Does anyone know the color of the beads that are instant release in the Shire 30 mg. I am trying to find this out because the long acting beads stay active to long preventing sleep and the Shire Brand is the only decent Adderall.
