I TAKE 30MG OXYCODONE EVERY 8 HOURS AND IT NEVER LASTS. I START FEELING PAIN ABOUT 6 HOURS IN. I RAN OUT AN TOOK A 40MG MORPHINE AND IT LASTED ABOUT 10 HOURS. ## Hello, Sue! How are you? I was prescribed 8 mg of ER Hydromorphone today in place of Percocet 10/325 3x a day. I hope it works without making me sleepy or tired. I'm scared, but need to find one medication instead of so many Percocet.
