What Medications Help With Tramadol Withdrawls

I'm currently taking 100mg of oxycodoe a day (20mg via percocet and 80mg via oxycontin) as well as 200mg daily of tramadol. I'm taking these as prescribed for chronic pain. My concern is, that after almost 2 years of being on these pain meds with the dosage increasing as my tolerance builds over time, if the Dr's are able to fix what is causing my pain, are there meds that will help ween me off the oxy? I'm terrified of the withdrawls. My second concern is, if they can't fix what is wrong, are there alternative meds for the pain? I can't imagine increasing the doses forever.
