I am suffering from external piles with acute pain. Doctor prescribed Zerodal P. How many i can take in 24 hrs. and is there any side effects? ## Zerodol-P contains 100mgs of Aceclofenac and 500mgs of Paracetamol, it is used to treat pain and swelling. Unfortunatly i used it for 3 months as i had sevious pains with RH. after 3 months of zerodal got stomach pain and found SGPT cound is more than 100, before using tablet it was <15.
