It contains Trimeprazine and Predisolone, however, as a veterinary medication, rather than human, I have no other information on it and no way to confirm this identification. I have had two back surgeries. I have had the injections, I have taken Prednisone 10 mg, cyclobenzapr 10 mg. and Hydroco acetaminop 10 mg. The doctors informed me that I have 2 pinched nerves. I have difficulty in walking. The doctor asked me Can you live with it. I'm 74 years old and he asks me that question. I like to work, go fishing, go on hikes, walk the dogs, play ball with the grand kids. 5 mg Hydro twice a day is like taking sugar coated candy. I started taking 3 a day. No help here.
