MY doctor suggested me to use Ecosprin 75 mg. now I am in 12th week pragnancy , Can I use Ecosprin 75 mg? ## Ecosprin contains Aspirin, in most cases such as yours, it is used for its blood thinning properties. My wife 28 weeks pregnant. Recent usg report shows liquor volume above normal.
