What Is Maxmala

A person taking addnok-n feeling little bit swelling on his face just minor swelling . What is the reason of this swelling is this because of addnok or any other reason behind this. He is taking 2 tablets per day and one maxmala capsule as doctor prescribed him.

I am 23 years old & a resident of wb. For the last 5 years i have been suffering from anxiety. First time i went to bangalore & there the doctors prescribed me censpram plus, tetrafal plus, amival 50mg & melzap 0.5mg. I was feeling better by taking all this medicine. But during the past year all the symptoms came back again. And now i am taking d-veniz 100mg, d-venizep 100mg & maxmala forte; but nothing is working. All the symptoms increase like heart palpitations, feeling so much fear about death, sleeping problems, numbness or tingling in the hands or feet, cold or sweaty hands or feet, dizziness, increase of body temperature, etc. My main problem is difficulty breathing & sometimes feel like breathlessness.
