Is stattera used for ADHD ? Is it the same as hypercon 10? ## Hi Lorelle, Yes, Strattera (Atomoxetine) is in fact used for the treatment of ADHD. And based on my research, Hypercon 10 is said to contain the same active ingredient (Atomoxetine); so both drugs 'should' act in the same manner. Apparently, Hypercon 10 is manufactured in India by a company called Consern Pharma. However, I don't know anything about the legitimacy or efficacy of their products, since foreign medications aren't as strictly regulated as they are here in the US. There are loads of counterfeit drugs out there, so I do wonder if you ordered this medication from a reputable pharmacy? I am not sure what to do. My 12 year old son takes adderal once a day for his ADHD for many years now. 2 years ago moved here and the clinic he goes to the office staff is very rude. So i went to another doc. but they will not see him till his records are transferred. As soon as the doc. got the transfer request they called and cancelled his appointment with no explanation.
