What Does A Losartan Pill Look Like 50mg

My old white oval losartan pill with the imprint cl14 did not mention on the bottle that potassium was part of the formula. The new pill is oval and green with the numbers 4 6 on the front & the number 3 on the back side. Are these two pills the same? ## I was taking a small oval green pill 50Mg. and there were two round green pills mix in the bottle i just thought they ran out of the oval ones so I took the round one and 15min later I couldn't even walk and i couldn't even talk right My Husband though someone drugged me. I called the Dr. and he told me to stop taking it immediately. I started taking Losartan 50mg two and a half weeks ago and I have developed tinnutis, this is not a common side effect but an adverse one, I've previously been on Rampiril but didn't feel well, will this side effect go away or will it be permanent or should I change medication again, and if it's in the same family of arbs will I get it again.
