Is Oxycodone Hydrochloride stronger then Percocet

Hi looking for some guidance hoping someone could shed some light. I have very chronic neck and back pains. I also having bulging disk in my neck C4 all the way to C6. I have been on Norco, Vicadin, Ibuprofen 800, genetic Percocet and name brand Percocet ( the hello pill with the Percocet logo on it) I have had 2 neck procedures done. The first was an epidural shot with trigger points and the second was a radio frequency medial branch remi. Nothing has helped me my doctor is really looking to help me get better I don't know why no matter what I take or do the darn pain just won't go away.
