Watson 3203 pill, white with orange specks. Never seen them before today. What are they? ## Orange specks? I've seen pictures of the WATSON 3203 tablets, and they've either been solid white or orange, but not with specks. According to the inscription you posted it should be a pain killer containing Hydrocodone 7.5 mg + Acetaminophen 325 mg (basically a generic Norco). Now, the tablet with WATSON 3202 matches your color description more closely, and is in fact a similar drug containing the same amount of Acetaminophen, but with 5 mg of Hydrocodone instead of 7.5. NDC code 0591-3202. Can I ask which one is it that you are seeing?

white oblong pill with red flecks;says watson 3032 on one side ## What are the side effects on 3032 watson? What is this ? please help i need to know! ## Hmmm strange - there does not seem to be information about a pill out there with Watson 3032. I did, however, find a pill marking which matches your description with a slightly different imprint code on it. It is white oblong with red flecks, and says Watson 3202. Do you think this could be the pill you have? See a sample picture HERE Watson 3202 is Acetaminophen 325 mg + Hydrocodone 5 mg. This is a narcotic pain reliever similar to a Vicodin. ## its called norco
