Walgreens said and I quote , " corporate tells us not to refer mail order to patients taking controlled substances/Schedule ll Narcotics. Walgreens does provide a mailorder for your specific prescription needs such as oxycodone. You will need Group insurance through Blue cross blue shield or through United Health Care. Medco will tell you we can fill oxycodone but you have to have Group" insurance. ## So does this mean if I have. Walgreens as of last week is NOT taking ANY kind of discount card or their own discount card to cover this medication. It went from $107.00 to 168.00$. What the heck is going on. Its either they are telling everyone how much you can be perscribed or killing us with the prices. I couldn't get my ER medicine due to the increase!!!! Hi, I'm new to this and am having the same problem. I live in SWFL in port Charlotte. I have severe chronic lower back pain and neck pain. Ive been seeing the same pain mgt Dr for 2 yrs. I got my prescription last week, and drove 200 miles, and can't fill the roxycodone 30's 150. Ive gone to Walgreens for about a year, with no problems. Please tell me where the cheapest place to get my oxycodone 30's filled. Regarding KVK Tech oxycodone 30mg / K-9...Garbage! I have serious pain from two separate problems. Bottom line is Walgreens switched from Activis to KVK recently and I noticed the difference within one day, pain waking me more than usual and early withdrawal sensations. I should add that I don't misuse or abuse, all I want is pain relief. I am looking for a place where I can use a prescription for Oxycodone 30 mg.qty 240, my mother needs these and we cannot find them anywhere. Most unaffiliated pharmacies will always be cheaper in price for people without insurance. Walmart/Target/Walgreens/Costco/CVS etc are big chains and will not help ppl without insurance. Stay away from those phony Medical cards claiming to save on RX's prices, they do no good for you. They basically tell the pharmacy to charge you more than cost, and split the difference with the pharmacy, hence you pay more then necessary. On average, you can get 180 QNTY 30MG Oxy from independent pharmacies for around 100$. And why to different brands have a different effect on me? Walgreens and Cvs in Tampa FL are not carrying oxycodone or dilaudid. Most pharmacys will fill for cash. My spouse, who is in severe, chronic pain, has been a customer of Walgreens for many years. We live in Pinellas County, Florida. My doctor currently gives me roxicodone 30mg #360, Opana IR 10mg #180, Soma 350mg #120, and Xanax 2mg #90....the only problem now seems to be finding pharmacies willing to fill the oxy's. I was told by my pharmacy (cvc) that they now dont fill beyond 240. Anybody else have this problem in San Diego or know of a pharmacy that will honor the script? I too, like many of the posters on this forum, have a legitimate script for 30mg Oxy's. Because of "whatever" the real reason (Ex. DEA, Quota's. FL Shortage) I cannot get this script filled. I've been lucky the last 2 months because my doc switched me to 15's, which seem to be a little more accessible for some reason. However, this isn't an option today due to my doc being on vacation... i have a prescription for oxcodone and the area where i live will not fill due to the fact that i live in one part of the city and the doctor's office is in another part of the city. For instance in the city of santa monica ca the pharmacy like cvs, walgreens, will not fill just that one medication. they want all your meds. Can any of you tell me if you actually are getting your oxy-30 meds.....simply cannot do the pharmacy crawl if they are still all claiming to be out....This is a nightmare.....I feel so badly for every single human being here who has been denied the right to live pain free...I have been out since June 11, 2012 and I can barely walk to the bathroom.
