I take Lortab for FMS pain, They do not make me tired, they actually make me feel upbeat, but I do not know if that is because the pain is gone or if it is because it is an opiate. Hi I am prescribed vicodin 5/500 120x/month for my arthritis I have a question, I wanted something with less acepthemanophen and was prescribed vicodin 5/325, I went to the pharmacy and they said there was no such thing, so I told my doctor and he prescribed me vicodin 5/300 , they are EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. My question is how come the pharmacy said there is no such thing as vicodin 5/325 , and also is there a generic version of 5/300 ? I know vicodin is addictive, but what I want to know is: For the people who are in chronic severe long term pain, is getting off it any easier? My wife is taking Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen SOL APAP at 2 tsps every 4 hours. Is Vicodin 5/500 the equivalent to this and can she take the Vicodin instead? She just had the Gastric Bypass almost a week ago. ## Vicodin does contain the same active ingredients (Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen), so it all depends on what dosage she is currently taking. Another thing to consider is that there may be a reason why she was prescribed this medication in a syrup form instead of a tablet, especially that she had surgery related to the digistive system. I've gotten alot of spam email lately about buying cheap Vicodin online. I never heard about Vicodin before those emails and just now learned about what it is. Would anybody happen to know the maker of Vicodin and/or who would keep promoting Vicodin through SPAM? Hi. I took 20 5mg/500mg generic Vicodin's over the course of 48 hours. I started on a Tuesday evening and took my last 2 and half pills Thursday morning. I had a drug test the next Thursday morning so I had a full 6 days of no use. I am 33 years old, 5'7" and about 155lbs. I'm also in relatively good health; basically no health problems.
