does anyone knows if walgreens are gonna discontinue carrying this medication? ## Actually, by January of 2014, there will no longer be any of these combination prescription medications available that will contain more than 325mgs of the Acetaminophen. Due to a request from the FDA because of the risk of liver damage or failure associated with long-term use of high doses of Acetaminophen, as well as the toxicity risk associated with overdose, all such medications are being changed to contain 325mgs as the maximum per dose. Some manufacturers have already begun to implement the change, which has cause them to already be unavailable in some areas. Learn more Vicodin details here. I take Lortab for FMS pain, They do not make me tired, they actually make me feel upbeat, but I do not know if that is because the pain is gone or if it is because it is an opiate. Norco 750 white with pink dots ## Prescription drugs that contain Acetaminphen are not allowed to have more than 325 mg of Acetaminphen now. ## @Michelle, Post #1 is correct. Acetaminophen is capped out at 325mg now-a-days. So the old Vicodin's with 750mg of Acetaminophen are no longer being made. However you can still get the 7.5mg dose of Hydrocodone. I wouldn't want such high amounts of Acetaminophen in my tablets anyways though since the risk of liver damage is always there. Makes me wonder why they still bother putting Acetaminophen in medications, seeing that it offers very little benefits vs risks. Did you also have any specific questions regarding these pills? v on one side and 4212 ## This is NOT Vicodin! This is Methocarbamol 750mgs, a generic for Robaxin which is a muscle relaxant. Not all pills with a V are Vicodin, that it just a drug company logo! ## i was given some pills and he told me the were muscle relaxers but they didnt look like the ones i had been prescribed.... i thought they were vicodin b/c of the v. thanks for ur usefull info! ## having just taken 4 of these today thinking they WERE Vicodin, my carelessness, but I so wish they would change the color, or something, to make it easier to tell them apart. How Many 5 Mg Vicodin Tablets Are In 1 Pint Of Liquid ## there are 480 ml in a pint so if your dose recommendation is 10ml for a 7.5/750 then you would have the equal of 48 lortab 7.5's (the liquid I received for base of tongue cancer treatment was very high in acetaminophen for some reason). My dose was 10ml every 2 hours (plus I was using 350 mcg of Fentanyl patches!)
