It's being sold out of India as pure Sildenafil Citrate tablets, a generic viagra. The 100 mg pills are the same color and size as viagra. ## And since they are from a foreign country, it is impossible to be sure that it really is what they claim. How in the world did you get it if you didn't order it. If you go online and look for manufacture from India who make and dispense this you might find a phone number or address. No, throat swelling is most likely due to an allergic reaction and the person suffering the issue needs to seek medical treatment. What is a triangle pill (not scored) blue with 50 stamped on one side??? I found them. ## Hi Kitty, I've seen photos of generic Viagra (Sildenafil) 50mg that fit this exact description. However my findings lead me to suspect that these one's I'm referring to may be of foreign origin (from India). For verification you could always have them analyzed by a lab. But if I were you I'd probably find a way to safely dispose of them; especially since they were 'found' and could be contaminated or counterfeit versions for all we know. Better to play it safe. It's a fake Viagra. I have some. Everyone chill. It's a large oval blue pill marked with ert. They advertise them on AM radio for men with ED. ## Hey Rick, thanks for your feedback on this. For other readers here, my investigation leads me to believe that this is a product of India that goes by the name Eriacta (sildenafil) 100mg. However, their version is reportedly square and not oval - but otherwise fits this description. From what I can tell, most blue viagra tablets are triangular in shape and can easily be identified with a quick google search. So I would caution against anything that doesn't appear to be similar to that depiction.
