If so, the tablet is manufactured by Heritage Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 50mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide, which is a diuretic that used to treat conditions such as edema, high blood pressure and congestive heart failure. 15 years of age , seizure pateient 5 years, 7 attack, treatment started with levipil 250x 2,two years, gradually incrised doases, three years levipil 500x 2, last two years included Oxetol 450x 2 & last two months Sibelium 5mg. as a result hair loss, anxiety, drowsiness,forgotness, careless etc kindly give valuable advice for this treatment.
