2 Topics FoundI am 25 years old and I am taking Tryptomer 25mg from past few months but its not regular. I take it for some time period and then stop, along with some sleeping pill (forgot its name). I just want to know why Tryptomer is proscribed to a patient? I don't feel any change in me after taking this, yet my doctor advised me to take it. ## Tryptomer 25mg Tablet (Amitriptyline) is a tricyclic antidepressant. Different doses of this medicine help in treating and preventing different problems such as depression, neuropathic pain, and migraine.

I have a pain in chest (25yrs). First my doctor told me that there was a problem in costochondral joint. He gave me SERRA-AP 15 mg. But no improvement.
