I.can't find matches to.this anywhere. Why would my prescription for pravastatin (20mg) contain a larger, fatter pill and a smaller, much thinner pill. Same bottle! Been taking it for a year and just got one of the little 7 compartment pill boxes. As I was filling it, I noticed for the first time the EXTREME difference in size.
