What and how long we can use this n side effect of tab. ## I was advised Ctd.6.25 once daily bymy Doctor in Mumbai due to swelling in feet and lower legs in April this year. As swelling persisted with a little improvement I was advised to increase dose to 2 tabs of this medicine daily in 1st week of August which I am still continuing. The Swelling has gone down by 100% early morning but increases by 20/25% during the day. I also take 1.Rivaroxaban 15mg Once; 2.Dilzem SR twice; 3.Zilsar 40 once night time; 4.Aldactone once; Omez 20 once. Please advise further course of action. Thanks.

I have been advised by my family physician to take one tablet of CTD 6.25 after breakfst and one tablet of seloken xl 50 after lunch instead of selomax 50/5, since selomax 50/5 is retaining water in the body and causes swellimg in the feet and calf muscle. Please advise the comparative efficacy of these medicines

Hello, my mom is 58 yr old and has recently recovered from ICH and still now recovering from hemipareisis. For bp control she has been prescribed ctd6.25 along with telmisartan 80 and nebivolol 5 mg. It has been 3 days and her bp is still not showing any improvement. How much time it would take. Also she feels dizzy and nausea. Will it go after some time or I shall ask doc to change the medication. Please help ## It can take about 4 to 5 weeks for these medications to reach their full level of efficacy in the body to see if they will work to lower her BP, or not.
