Sulfameth Trimethoprim 800 160 Contraindication

can sulfameth trimethoprim 800 160 and suboxone be used together

I have a bladder infection that is non-difinitive. I take 2mg. of Suboxone throughout the day. Can I take sulfameth trimethoprim 800/160 tabs for 14 days also, or are they contraindicated? I'm a bit worried as this infection was ignored by the Docs for about a week. The area of my kidneys kind of hurt. Please advise.
