I found in this pill in my house. it is a small circular pill w/ an M in a square and a 20 printed on the back. Based on my research- even legitimate steroids often have an imprint like 10 or 20 mg; which stands for the amount of the active ingredient that is present in each pill. It is marketed as Spiropent and Ventipulmin and used by sufferers of breathing disorders as a decongestant and bronchodilator. However, it is also abused as a steroid. I purchased Oxycocet in Mexico - (20/325) strength. The pill is round, blue, one side is blank and the other side has a pattern on it. Can't quite make it out. Looks like a partial square with lines on each side and a letter "L" on top. Or it could also be a letter "B" when turned upside down. I have had to go back to the expensive PAXIL $123.00 a month until I can get myself squared away. I know I have been on a generic for the last rwo years but I do not know who the manufacturer was. They were white oval. Never examined them closly to see any numbers or letters on them. This is really frustrating and I feel violated to have been given something that was not going to treat my problem.
