## What is somax used for and what are the side affects? ## Not a definite answer but I'm wondering if "Somax" is a misspelling of any of these drugs? - Soma - Flomax Anyone else think of any other drug names that "Somax" could be a misspelling for? Or could this be either an over the counter supplement, or a product from outside the United States?

Doctor advised medicine, SOMAZINA-500mg twice a day for my mother in law, 3 months back. This was prescribed along with other medication like Atorva, Deplatt, Betaloc, Rantac, after 3 consecutive brain strokes occured in 1 year time. She was on all medicine except SOMAZINA ( as advised by doctor) before third stroke occurred. I would like to know if SOMAZINA is to be continued for life time.
