has the #'s 54 543 on one side and a line threw the other side ## Found acouple of these in my medicine cabinet. I have been taking pain medication for a while now and wonder what they are. I found a white round pill. One side had 54 on the top half and the bottem half was broke but something was written with and 11 at the end. The back side was smooth, no marks at all. Please let me know what you think this is ## Without the completely imprint, it is going to be difficult to determine what this is, with any precision. There are several possibilities. However, my best guess, and this is just a guess, is that it is an 8mg Buprenorphine tablet, since they are commonly diverted and sold illegally. The original marking on them is 54 411. white round pill with LM on one side with line under it then 12.5 and blank on the other side ## This is an Over the counter product, it contains 12.5mgs Ephedrine and 200mgs Guaifenesin, sold for cold and allergy relief. THough products with Ephedrine have been pulled from the market, so it is an older tablet, no longer available.

Can you break the methadone 10mg into half?? ## Dear Samantha, yes, u can break them in half. It might b easier 2 get a pill cutter. They work great. U can get them at cvs or pretty much any pharmacy. They r sold over the counter. ## Yes as far as I know, personally have broken in half over ten years. Have chronic pain and when I was not in as much pain I often only took half (5 mg.). Contact your pharmacist first, if you call your Dr. they might decrease dose, feeling you don't need as much, I am assuming you take for pain relief. If so may days you will need dose prescribed. Was told it's ritalin, but have never seen this kind. ## Hi Alana, Based on my research, the pill you have is actually identified as a 0.5mg Lorazepam tablet manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals. (Definitely not Ritalin). Ritalin contains the active ingredient Methylphenidate, which is used for ADHD and narcolepsy. Lorazepam on the other hand is a benzodiazepine class drug that treats anxiety. Hopefully that wasn't a friend who gave or sold that to you saying it's Ritalin or I would have a difficult time trusting them from this point forward. ## It's a 1 MG not .5
