I found this and would really appreciate help identifying it. Any info is help, like if you know what it is and side effects, street use/value, etc. Please and thank you. ## Hmmm ... I can't ID it for sure because I'm not able to match up anything with a six pointed star. Could those be score marks to break the pill into different parts? So far my research suggests that it could be a 325 mg Acetaminophen (the active ingredient in Tylenol) but the pill I have in mind does not make mention of a 6 pointed star. Let's continue the detective work ... What country/state did you find this pill in? Would you happen to know if it originated in the United States or if it was from another country? ## It was found here loose in my grandmas medicine cabinet yesterday when I was cleaning....

Hi I found pills in a bag in my teenage sons room, and I can't seem to find the right answers online as to what they really are and if they are bad. They are round and off white to me since they are not the starch white id refer to for white pills. On one side is a 5, and the other has a M that is a pointy font imprint ( if that makes sense) please note there is NOT a square around the M which most results pointed to oxycodone or Ritalin. It is not scored either. Please help me identify this since all results had inconsistencies on what the pill was based on all the specs. ## The only other one I can find with the marking of M 5, without a square is a 5mg Northyx, which contains the active ingredient Methimazole. It is used to treat thyroid conditions. NDC: 11528-0300 Its typical si...

Is it a 5 pointed star, four pointed or etc? Is the logo and the star on the same or opposite sides?
