I have looked everywhere to identify this pill. It is real small with only a C on it. It has nothing on the other side ot it. My grandson found it after an Easter party. ## I located a pill that fits your description to the tee. This white oval pill with the marking "C" contains 200mg of Carbaglu (Carglumic acid). My grandmother dropped her pill case, and I need to identify all her meds. The only one I can't seem to find is a small white round pill with an M then a line then a 20. There are no stamps on the other side. 20 and 20 cross imprint on one side and nothing on the other side, tablet type pill ## Actually, I believe the imprint you're looking at is ZC 02, but the tablets are so tiny that it is very hard to make out the markings with the naked eye. The white, round tablet with the crossed score mark and the imprint of ZC 02 contains 25mgs of Promethazine, the active ingredient in Phenergan, it is an antihistamine that's most commonly used to help treat or prevent nausea and vomiting. The pill is small round and white with the letters sz on one side and the number 20 on the other. I was told it was a 2 mg clonazepam. I live in Canada so I assume it was manufactured here. Is there a definitive online guide to drug identification? ## No, unfortunately, there really isn't any definitive guide that lists everything, especially for various countries. Since this is from Canada, I can't be 100% certain, but I have found listings that identify this tablet as containing 20mgs of Methylphenidate, the active ingredient in Ritalin, which is used to treat conditions such as ADHD and Narcolepsy.
