I have white oval shaped pills that were given to me & told they are generic Loratabs. On one side they are blank & the other side is scored with uppercase letters IP on the left side & on the right side are the numbers 111. Are these in fact generic Loratabs or something similiar? If so, what milligram? Thank you. ## They are generic Lortab the same as Hydrocodone 7.5/500 I had some myself before and researched. ## Yes, it is a generic Lortab, to be exact the 500mgs in these is Acetaminophen and the 7.5mgs is the Hydrocodone. ## This is pink oblong with a V on one side and 3600 on the other. What's the name and what's it used for? ## Hi Chetniks, Just out of curiosity, what shape is this pill you're describing? So far, the closest match I've seen is a round white pill imprinted with L434 on one side and scored on the back. [Pseudoephedrine 60mg + Triprolidine 2.5mg]. I've also seen an oblong white pill imprinted with L484 - albeit the 8 could probably be mistaken for a 3 depending on the condition of the pill. [Acetaminophen 500mg] Lastly, I've also come across an oblong white pill imprinted with 44 334.
