The only thing I could find that is a relatively close match has the imprint JSP over a score line over 544. Here is an image: Is this what you have? The hourglass logo could be the one that was used by Ivax pharmaceuticals, which was recently purchased by Teva and they do have some over the counter products. However, as an OTC item, they are not required to log the imprints with the FDA or individualize them, so it may be difficult to determine what this tablet contains. However the size of the "5" is also reported to be very small on these particular tablets. Is this the case with your pill as well? At any rate, depending on where or who you got your pill from, my suggestion would be to bring it to your local pharmacy or doctor for a second/third opinion. My daughters friend got this pill from another kid in School saying it was candy.I haven't seen it before so I just want to check on it.
