Small Round Maroon Pill No Markings

small round pill maybe brown or maroon in color with an M or W imprinted on one side. No other markings. ## I have searched for this one quite a few times, using different resources, but I am just not finding an identification anywhere. Are you in the U.S.? ## This is a morphine pill. M with a square around it and no other markings.

Where was it found/obtained? The pill has no imprint at all, is a dark red color (almost maroon), and is 1cm wide. I have found a couple on the floor of my closet and have no idea what they are or where they came from. ## I have the same question. I have someone taking several of these pills at one time along with a combination of other pills. I have no idea what this pill is and cant find it anywhere on the internet. It is a round/red speckled pill with no markings on it. ## Because this pill has no markings, it is going to be difficult to determine what this tablet contains, unless you would pay to have it lab tested, somewhere. it is a redish maroon color round pill with 12 on it what is it my 11 year old daughter said someone gave it to her ## I believe that what you may be looking at is a capital i and the number 2 and it contains 200mgs of Ibuprofen, it is a generic, or store brand of Advil, used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Round glossy pinkish pill with maroon or brown spots. ## You can not be sure unless you have the blister pack, but I have seen Phentermine 37.5mg tablets which fit that description. You would really have to have them, tested.
