Hi world, im curious i found a pill that says 30 on it... its a white oval pill with 30 on the front and nothing on the back... i heard it was a oxycodone 30 mg... im not sure can somebody help? I cant find a image for it ## Hi Jeffrey, Just out of curiosity, might there be a faint letter "K" next to the "30"? I saw a white oval/oblong shaped 500mg acetaminophen tablet that fit this description and it has me wondering because the imprints look like they could easily be smudged off or washed out depending the pill's condition... Also, is the number 30 embedded/indented into your tablet or is it ink based? On the pill I'm referring to the imprint is embedded/indented on one side and blank on the back. I hope this helps! Sorry I don't have an image to share.

Maroon on one side (front)...white on the other(back). Oval shape. No imprint or code. ## If there is no imprint code then it is not a regulated United States prescription drug, it has to be something over the counter or a foreign drug. Thus, there is no way to positively identify it since the colors themselves mean nothing.

oval white pill with k10 on front nothing on back ## THIS IS MOST DEFINITELY NOT OXYCODONE This is nothing more than a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol, containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen. ## If the K has an arrow forming the top right part of the K, it is generic Tylenol 500mg. If the K has no arrow, it is Atarax 10mg which is a prescription medication.
