I have been taking Enace D 10 for the past decade. My pressure is normal. I have been prescribed Losakind H now. Is it similar? I find that the composition is different. Would it have the same effect is the question in my mind. Have not yet started taking it. ## Enace-D contains the active ingredients Enalapril and Hydrochlorothiazide. Losakind-H contains Losartan and Hydrochlorothiazide. So they are not the same, but do have similar effects and are used to treat the same conditions, which can include high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.
