Side Effects From Metformin When Quit Taking

I take 1500mg in the morning after breakfast and 1000 mg after dinner. I was told it can lead to early memory loss. Is this true? I've been taking this for quite a few years now. ## Hello, Mary! How is your friend doing? Metformin and Glipizide are two different mediations. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, stomach pain, flatulence and low blood sugar. Where is he bleeding from? That is not normal with these medications, nor upon withdrawal from them.
