I have been taking Istamet 50/500 regularly in the morning. Can it cause any side effects to the kidney or any other part of the body? I've been taking it for the last 2 years. I am also a brain stroke patient and am taking Atorva-20, Clopivas-150, and Homochek. Please advise me about Istamet use and if it's okay for me or not. Thanks.

i have suffered blood clotting in brain in aug 2009 since then i m taking tazloc h,-40 clopivas 75 atorva 10(once a day) please guide me precautious measures to minimise the side affects of medicines Tejinder ## What specific side effects are you having problems with? Learn more Atorvastatin details here. Learn more Telmisartan details here. Learn more Hydrochlorothiazide details here. Learn more Clopidogrel details here. The reason I ask is because if you have been taking them for a long time, then most of the side effects should have worn off by now and should only reappear when you increase the dosage or change a medication.

The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding. As to continuing it, it is always best to follow your doctor's instructions. Ecosprin 150 contains 150mgs of Aspirin, so it is only lacking the Clopidogrel. If you aren't comfortable with the switch, you should consult the doctor to ask them more questions, or perhaps see a different doctor for a second opinio...

These prescribed medicines are causing heartburn, palpitations and dizziness to my father who is 64yrs old, suffering from 90% blockage at mid LAD, 60% at RCA. Pan40 was not prescribed but is included. Is that the reason? ## All medications carry the risk of causing side effects, and the symptoms you've listed can be normal for taking heart medications, blood pressure medications, and blood thinners. Other side effects, as reported by the NIH, may include nausea, increased urination, easy bruising, and low blood pressure. However, it would be far more dangerous to let his heart condition remain untreated, because that could cause a fatal heart attack, or stroke. It is best to follow his doctor's advice on this matter. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Is it necessary to...

Can I take Plavix Generic "Clopivas" 75mg Blister tablets when they expired Oct. 2014? ## This medication does not become dangerous, once it has expired, but it does start to lose effectiveness, so it would be best to dispose of it and see your doctor about obtaining a new supply. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, blood thinning, easy bruising, and joint/muscle aches. Is there anything else I can help with?
