Tuseran Forte contains Dextromethorphan, Pheylephrine and Paracetamol (Acetaminophen.) It is used to relieve cold symptoms and fever. The Paracetamol is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and Flanax contains Naproxen Sodium, which is another drug in the same class, so the two should not be mixed. It can cause stomach upset and ulcers. Other side effects may inlude: nausea, drowsiness, stomach irritation and dizziness. There is a warning that it may elevate blood pressure, so it is probably not advisable to use it, without first consulting with your doctor. Alaxan FR contains Acetaminophen/Paracetamol and Ibuprofen, used to treat pain, fever and swelling. The problem with this one is that the Ibuprofen can cause your body to retain fluids, which can be dangerous when your blood pressure is high. Have you tried consulting your doctor on what you can safely use? ## What kind of contraceptive pill can a breastfeeding mother use..
