I found this pill in my sons room and i do not know what it is... please help me ## I've just found a similar pill in a bottle of baby aspirin. I can't find out what it is either. ## i beleive it is promethazine... ## I have a Kroger brand bottle of low-dose Aspirin; they are small round orange pills with S on top and 51 on bottom. ## Hello, I'm sure your heart sank when you found a pill you didn't recognize in his room. Fortunately I was able to find a match on the NIH database. According to the NIH this imprint and color is designated for generic low dose ibuprofen.
