However, it isn't used in the U.S., so the information I can find on it here is very limited. i went surgery for both hydrocele, after 3 days of surgery, dr prescribed enractin plus, cefuroxime axetile 500mg,aceclofenac & paracetamol, i want to know why enractin plus ## Enractin contains three different enzymes, Trypsin, Bromelain and Rutin, which are actually digestive enzymes, but they have been shown to help reduce inflammation, as well. I want to know the mode of action of Enzomac. ## Enzomac contains: trypsin, bromelain, and rutoside Bromelain induces migration of neutrophils at the site of acute inflammation that helps in decreasing inflammation in colonic regions. Rutoside aka Rutin, causes inhibition of VEGF and angiogenesis helps in preventing cancer. ## Revozyme Forte is more readily available online. Try that, as it's less costly as well.
